Fay Zhao is Director of Business Advisory and Head of Corporate Secretarial at SBA Stone Forest, where she advises multinational corporations, regional headquarters and foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs) on market entry, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business transformation and cross-border investment in China.

 

With over 14 years of professional experience across advisory, corporate governance, finance and strategic business development, Fay partners with senior executives to navigate complex business and regulatory environments. She has extensive experience in identifying commercial and operational challenges, developing practical and commercially viable solutions, and leading multidisciplinary teams across business advisory, tax, accounting, HR advisory and corporate secretarial services to deliver integrated solutions that support clients' strategic objectives.

 

Prior to joining SBA Stone Forest, Fay held senior commercial leadership roles with leading multinational organizations in financial services and professional consulting. This diverse background enables her to combine commercial acumen with strong financial, operational and governance perspectives, helping clients address complex business challenges while supporting sustainable growth and organizational development.
