Fion Fan

Fion joined SBA Stone Forest as an Audit Partner in 2013. Prior to this, she amassed 13 years of experience at KPMG, where she managed a diverse portfolio of foreign-owned audit clients in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, construction and consultancy. Her experience also includes conducting due diligence for fund companies in M&A deals.

Specialising in PRC, IFRS and US GAAP reporting, Fion excels in helping foreign businesses with operations in China comply with both local and international reporting standards. She also co-leads the Business Assurance team, overseeing operations and business development.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountants, China (CPA)
• Bachelor Degree in International Accounting, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE)
