Lynn Lv

Lynn has around 15 years of working experience with public accounting firms. She is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“CICPA”), and Fellow of CPA Australia (“FCPA”). She is currently an audit partner responsible for the audit practice in the Beijing office. 

Prior to joining the firm, Lynn was with the big 4 firms as well as China’s top accounting firms. She specialised in PRC and IFRS reporting for foreign entities in China. She is also responsible for a diverse portfolio of public-listed and privately-owned audit clients in manufacturing, commodity trading, biotechnology, logistics as well as service industries. She also provided financial due diligence reviews for clients making significant investment acquisitions.

Lynn is also familiar with audit service for PE funds and financial products, such as asset management plans.
